Your Best Choice for Heating, Cooling and Home Insulation in Lansing MI (10)

09/13/2016 Jeff was the installation technician on this 2 full day project. I never saw him sitting around or even moving slowly; he worked his #$@ off for 2 days. He was polite, cleaned up after himself, explained everything in detail, but above all I felt confident that he was doing the job right. Dan and his wife in the office were a good sales team. Dan's wife told me about the Wi-Fi thermostat controlled with my smart phone. I love it! However, I was ultimately sold on the 1 year free maintenance/system checkup and the 10 year parts and labor warranty. I received estimates from 5 well known heating and cooling companies. The prices of each company were within $600 of each other, each selling similar products but different brands. I just purchased the home I had the new A/C and Furnace installed in and plan on keeping this review updated at least every 6-months; that's why I started the review with the installation date. I'll let you know how the service after the installation is as well. Dylan was great, fast and efficient. Checked everything after diagnosing and replacing capacitor. Will definitely recommend in the future.

They took the time time to calculate the best system for my house. They took to explain the system and any options available. Installation went smooth and kept the installation clean and professional.

Jeff showed up right on time, got right to work and had a new heater and ac and cleaned up the area all in 1.5 days. The quote was comparable to other companies and the whole process was quick.

Had a poor experience with the first company that came out to evaluate my issue. Wanted to waste my time and make 2 hour appointments. Called Comfort First and they immediately understood the urgency of my problem and sent a sales tech out right away. New ac unit was on order and financed in an hour. Very efficient and helpful.

Josh went above and beyond to answer all my questions and was very understanding of my ignorance regarding heating and cooling. He was kind, while maintaining his professional nature. Great job!

Bid contained a little more detail than others. Warranty was slightly better and price was just a little lower.
