Kevin was very informational in explaining the differences in the furnaces and water heaters, and in explaining what I needed for the size of my home. Jeff and James were very courteous, detail oriented, and thorough when they installed my new furnace, water heater, and central air. All the areas were left very clean when they were finished. I will definitely be recommending Comfort First to my friends and family!!

I met with Dan Tuesday, just a few hours after my 38-year-old central A/C failed. He provided thorough, thoughtful, professional information. He also discussed options and then computed parameters to determine what size my new central A/C will be. Later that day, he provided detailed price information and then delivered a contract that I signed. I made a deposit and am awaiting scheduling for installation.

We worked with Josh. He is very knowledgeable, very friendly, and we felt he really had our best interests in mind. He discussed everything in detail and gave us a range of options. We felt no pressure into having to buy or make a decision straight away. Plus our dog really loved him!
